What we discovered in the Uncommon office tour
Looking to establish a presence in the High Holborn area, Uncommon undertook a major retrofit of Templar House, once home to London Underground Ltd.
We’ll show you around this exciting coworking space, exploring various levels of the 1950s, neo-classical office block that is Templar House. You’ll experience a compelling mix of cosy shared work areas and sleek private offices, whose unique design, lush greenery and stylish interiors make this a highly desirable central London workplace.
As we go, you’ll see how Uncommon Holborn is so much more than just desks; it’s a community hub with an impressive range of facilities, including a wellness studio for morning yoga and fitness, and a rooftop bar for afterwork drinks and spectacular city views. There are luxurious, spa-like showers and spacious bike storage provision that encourage a healthy work-life balance, while the building’s B Corp certification guarantees high social and environmental performance, making this a fully sustainable workspace.
