In 2022, PepsiCo opened a new office in Krakow designed to support the company’s 4Cs philosophy – Create, Connect, Collaborate and Celebrate.

As our video shows, this inclusive workspace aims to make everyone feel welcome and supported in their work. The office has a homely feel and provides a warm, nurturing environment for PepsiCo’s younger workers in particular. There is a range of cool features, such as a games area, relaxation space, and selfie booths, along with other standout details. Above all, the Krakow office has provided a welcome post-COVID return to onsite working and workforce community. It’s a great example of how a global company can use workplace design to celebrate its business and brands.
