What we discovered in Miro’s office tour

Join us as we explore Miro’s new revolutionary European headquarters, a forward-thinking office that’s home to around 900 people, many of whom played a central role in shaping this remarkable workspace design. ‘Miro 100’, as it’s known, is set in an historic, multi-tenanted Stadhouderskade building, whose original façade has been preserved throughout this stunning redevelopment. It’s a building that achieves the highest possible ratings for both sustainability and wellbeing, while reflecting employees’ preferred ways of working.

First, we take you to the second floor, where the reception sits within a large, open-plan space known as the Cozy Café. You’ll see how brand colours and abundant natural light create an energy that’s more hospitality than corporate. There’s also an impressive digital display overhead, showcasing AI-generated artwork that shifts in real time based on the number of people using Miro’s platform globally.

As we explore further, you’ll encounter a flexible breakout space with games and a DJ booth that supports events and collaboration. The workplace also features an urban garden with biophilic design, a full-service restaurant and client Discovery Hub, creating a dynamic and constantly evolving environment shaped around employee ownership and agency.
