Inside Lego’s Billund office

Our video gives you a whistlestop tour of this incredible, innovative workplace, which is filled with an array of stylish features and facilities. Inside, you’ll find a modern fitness studio, cinema, park, and health clinic; there’s even a LEGO SpongeBob onsite! Meanwhile, outside, there are LEGO products embedded in the building’s façade and outdoor furniture made from 5,000 kg of waste LEGO bricks – part of the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Home to 2,000 employees, the LEGO Campus provides a wealth of workspace, breakout areas and activities. It’s been designed to reflect the LEGO Group values, and provides a playful, inclusive and collaborative environment in which people and ideas can thrive. There’s also a kitchen for communal cooking and places where visiting staff and families can stay. In this way, the Campus provides a fully supportive and flexible workplace that puts its people first.
