GAIL’S Office Tour
About Gail’s
GAIL’S began as a wholesale breadmaking business in the 1990s, with the first GAIL’S bakery opening in the UK in 2005. Today, GAIL’S has expanded across London, Oxford, Brighton, and beyond, offering fresh handmade bread, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches to thousands of customers daily.
Inside the GAIL’S office
Join us as we explore the unique design features of this blended GAIL’S bakery, café, and workspace. You’ll get an exclusive look inside these unique HQ premises, which are split across two buildings and comprise specialist development facilities and work areas. As you’ll see, GAIL’S has retained a consistent design aesthetic across its office and bakery space, creating a cohesive visual identity grounded in simplicity, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
We’ll take you from the main bakery to the understated reception space, then upstairs to work areas where comfort and cosiness are prioritised over traditional corporate features. We’ll also show you the coffee development space and classroom, where GAIL’S baristas receive their training. And you’ll see the collaborative team working areas, complete with postcard walls that tell the GAIL’S brand story through bespoke illustrations. The GAIL’S food training academy, meanwhile, sits at the heart of the business and is open to public view, reflecting the company’s commitment to transparency. Similarly, all materials and finishes follow strict environmental criteria, making this a fully sustainable and standout workplace location.
